Tony Cahill explores the recent changes to AML/CTF legislation and their impact on your practice.
To understand the implications and prepare your practice for the future of AML/CTF compliance and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate these changes successfully this session will:
- provide an overview of the key concepts and regulatory expectations
- using prior existing compliance experiences (eg eConveyancing, RNSW, FRCGW) help you to adapt effectively
- introduce new additional areas of focus such as identifying and managing Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
